Our Club
Gliding Manawatu operates on weekends and most public holidays, weather permitting, from the Feilding Aerodrome. The club is run by volunteers, including gliding instructors, tow pilots, engineers and ground crew, all appropriately qualified in their respective roles.
For trial flights and training we operate a state-of-the-art Glaser-Dirks DG1000 and a trusty Grob G103 Twin Astir. Both gliders have full dual controls and the advanced technologies associated with modern gliders. They offer the ultimate in soaring on silent wings.
So come and join us to experience silent flight at Feilding Aerodrome!
